He holds HND in Mechanical Engineering from Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti, PGD and Master Degree in Safety Technology Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He is a specialist in Utilities Management, Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and General Overhaul with years of hand-on experience, consistently delivering values and Continuous Improvement. He is an effective skilled communicator with good presentation skills on six utilities plants and auxiliaries of Breweries and have keen interest and passion in people development capabilities. He was trained by Heineken on Utility Plant Operation and Maintenance in Nigeria Breweries Training school at Ibadan for Consolidated Breweries PLC, Ijebu Ode now Nigerian Breweries PLC where he served for 5years before he joined Guinness Nigeria PLC as a Senior Specialist in-charge of Utility Plant. He managed several project while in Guinness such as; Installation and Commissioning of Grasso Screw Compressor (Grasso WR-W30S-28), Upgrading of CO2 Recovery Plant, Installation of Utilities Metering and Telemetry System among others. He also earned many awards and Recognitions such as; Engineering Star of the Month and M.A.D Heroe Q1 2018 for Improving CO2 Plant Efficiency from 83%-95% after overhaul which saved the sum of #11.6million for the first 18days of financial year due to zero purchase of CO2 and also eliminate the cost of bringing Pentair Haffmanns expert rom Netherland for the job. He drastically reduced the intervention of foreign expert that cut down the maintenance cost by over 50% as a result of his wealth of knowledge on the utilities equipment. Fayemi left Guinness Nigeria Plc, for International Breweries Plc. Sagamu, a proud member of ABinbev with 4.5million capacity per annum as a pioneer Utility Engineer. He used his expert judgment to corrected many errors during the installation and commissioning of the utility plant and he stabilized all the six utilities plants within short period. He was the head of Asset Care for both Energy & Fluids and Environmental Departments of the breweries till he left for the role of Field Service Engineer-Refrigeration in GEA West Africa LTD. He was also a pioneer Engineer in charge of Refrigeration in the company that covers both West and Central Africa countries. He attended several technical trainings oversea for him to be self-dependent on the job. He is married with wonderful children.

Having worked in the field of Electrical and Automation Engineering, for 12years in Coca cola Hellenic, He moved to International Breweries PLC, Sagamu as Process Control Engineer, where he was responsible for handling of Sectional Maintenance Control and Automation Controllers and teams, training, and developing as well as testing projects with them. He was also responsible for working in close coordination with the Sectional engineers (brewery, packaging and Utility) to ensure all deliverable KPI are achieved. He is an expert in Condition monitoring, PLC and SCADA system.
